SHIPPING AND RETURNS
What are the delivery costs?
We offer free shipping within Germany and Austria for orders of €200 or more. You can choose between DHL and UPS. For delivery costs in other countries, please check our shipping information page.
What are the delivery periods?
Unless otherwise specified, orders within Germany are delivered within 1–3 business days, while international orders typically take 5–7 business days. Pre-orders may require approximately 3–4 weeks for delivery.
How do I return an item?
We cover return costs for all orders. You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, generate and print a return label from our website. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
What happens to my voucher in the event of a return?
If you used a single-use voucher for your order, its value will not be refunded upon return, nor will a replacement voucher be issued.
